Learn the basics of creating a strong and concise resume
by using different formats and action verbs to accurately
describe your skills, knowledge and abilities. Receive information
on various websites to further assist you in creating a
winning resume.

Job search is a full-time job! Learn valuable skills to
develop a successful job search plan. Learn how to make
use of the many resources available.

This four (4) hour workshop helps you understand where you
are and where you want to be. Develop an action plan and
learn proven techniques to enhance your job search.

English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESL) and TOEFL
preparation”
Classes are offered at various sites city wide. Call for
a schedule. 329-3176.
“Interview
Techniques/Polish Your Interviewing Skills”
Develop job winning interviewing skills, by learning the
do’s and don’ts, appropriate interview questions
and what information is needed to take with you to the interview.
Discuss how to respond to those hard to answer interview
questions. (Ex: Salary, criminal records, etc.)
“Dress
for Success”
First impressions are everything. This workshop will provide
helpful tips on dressing for the job interview as well as
learning on-the-job dress codes. Learn how to dress for
success with minimum cost and effort.
